Experts in the area of construction-focused CRM, we have been servicing clients in the construction industry for over 30 years. Recognising the need for an agile and efficient way of managing projects and stakeholders, our mission began in 1990 when we pioneered the CRM landscape in the UK in a time before Windows.
Having developed an intrinsic understanding of the nature of the construction industry and its various stakeholders, we identified early on the obstacles that arise in B2B sales with longer, complicated sales cycles, often involving multiple points of contact. Responding to this, we were amongst the first to understand the project-centric nature of industry requirements and developed our cutting-edge project-based CRM solution tailored to meet the unique needs of the construction industry.
As a project-centric CRM, a unique feature of our solution that sets us apart is the central focus on the project, from which other information feeds. Since then, we have grown to service clients across the globe, from the UK to Australia, helping them work faster and achieve greater results.

Founder and Operations Director. Jonas founded KMS in 1990.

Managing Director. Stuart started in KMS training users and has worked his way up.

Commercial Director. Paul has experience configuring many CRM systems and joined KMS in 2010.
Phil Halsey
Technical Director. Phil has many years of programming experience. Today it is all C# and JavaScript.
