Since 1990, KMS has been at the forefront of delivering CRM solutions tailored to the unique demands of the construction industry. Long before CRM became a recognised term, we pioneered project-focused tools that addressed the complexities of the construction industry — often characterised by lengthy cycles, multiple stakeholders, and intricate project requirements.

We were among the first to understand the project-centric nature of construction, where success depends on managing relationships across a web of contractors, subcontractors, and consultants. With the project as the central focus, our bespoke CRM solution revolutionised how construction businesses approached sales and stakeholder management. Later, we enhanced our offerings, becoming a certified Microsoft partner and building on Dynamics 365 and the Microsoft Power Platform, creating an agile, scalable solution built for the future.

Our tools have empowered organisations across the globe — from the UK to Australia — to streamline workflows, enhance collaboration, and achieve greater efficiency. Founder and Operations Director. Jonas founded KMS in 1990.

Managing Director. Stuart started in KMS training users and has worked his way up.

Commercial Director. Paul has experience configuring many CRM systems and joined KMS in 2010.

Phil Halsey
Technical Director. Phil has many years of programming experience. Today it is all C# and JavaScript.
